Fish cakes are not only tasty but also very useful. And if they are prepared with oatmeal but for a couple, then they will be even sweeter and more useful!

Cooking Time - 40 minutes

Number of servings - 2

Ingredients

  • fish mince - 500 g;
  • oat flakes - 1/3 cup;
  • egg - 1 pc;
  • onion - 100g;
  • Garlic - 3 cloves;
  • spices - to taste.

Cooking method

1️⃣ Stuffing can be done both independently and buy at the store. But in any case I recommended to choose varieties of dried fish. They give a lush and juicy burgers. Suitable cod, pollock, hake, blue whiting, even. In my case, the choice fell on a pike - a beautiful fish ideal for cooking hamburgers.

Fish fillets repeatedly scrolls in a meat grinder, to avoid getting small bones.

2️⃣ Scrolling mince, add the onion and garlic. They can be finely chop or scroll through a meat grinder.

3️⃣ What do we do with oatmeal? Just grind in a blender until fine salt state - it will keep the juice, at the same time linking the stuffing.

4️⃣ Take one egg and interfere with the stuffing. In fact, in cutlets eggs are not required. But in order to save the form cakes, in our case, they should be added.

5️⃣ Well, minced and ready! Of course, it should be salt and pepper to taste.

6️⃣ Form the patties and select the method of preparation. I'll cook for a couple, so spread the patties on grill for Multivarki. Turn mode "Par" time of 30 minutes.

Our burgers are ready. Externally, they are pale, but it is due to steaming.

However, this does not affect the taste of fish cutlets - they will delight you with excellent taste.

Bon Appetit!
