To prepare fish soup from Croatia will need:
- Fish - 600 g;
- water - 1 liter;
- Figure - 4 tbsp. l .;
- onion - 100g;
- butter - 50 g;
- tomato juice - 100 ml;
- Garlic - 4 cloves;
- bay leaf - 3 units;
- pepper black pepper - 5 pcs;
- dill - to taste;
- salt - to taste;
- hops-suneli - pinch;
- lemon juice - to taste.
How to cook fish soup Croatian
1. As said before, cook the broth will be on the river fish - it is a more nourishing, bright. Cook broth supplemented with bay leaves and peppercorns 30 minutes and then filtered.
2. 5 minutes before the broth is cooked, cut and fried onion in butter.
3. Sauté the onion, pour into a saucepan tomato juice, add pre-soaked rice in boiling water (just 5 minutes). After adding tomato juice soup boil 5 minutes.
4. We pour the strained broth and cook soup until cooked rice.
5. Soup salt to taste. Add the spices and chopped garlic.
6. Should be sent chopped herbs, add lemon juice to taste and cook for another 5 minutes. Turn off and give it brew.
