To prepare the food we take:

  • chicken - 250 g;
  • mushrooms - 200 g;
  • onion - 100g;
  • cream - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - 20 ml;
  • salt - to taste;
  • spices - to taste.

Cooking method

1. Fresh mushrooms cleaned from the upper film. Cut them into cubes.

2. Cleans and finely shred the onions.

3. The vegetable oil passeruem onions, then add the mushrooms. Fry 5 minutes, achieving a blush, but do not get too dry.

4. Until the mushrooms and onions reach readiness, cut chicken.

5. Fillet, before adding to the onions and mushrooms, fry separately until golden brown.

6. Add the cream (10% fat enough), stir and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Salt and pepper at the final stage when the chicken is ready - so we do not retain moisture meat.
