What products are needed for "Tabula":

  • bulgur - 1/2 cup;
  • Water - 1.5 cups;
  • Lemon - 1.5 pc;
  • parsley - 100 g;
  • Mint - 50 g;
  • tomato - 150 g;
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt - to taste.

How to prepare a salad Arabic:

1. The washed mixture bulgur pour boiling water with the juice of one lemon. Leave for 20 minutes.

2. When the bulgur gets wet, it is thrown back in a colander. And from that moment we begin to prepare the other ingredients.

3. Cut the tomatoes.

4. Shinkuem finely parsley.

5. Similarly shred fresh mint leaves.

6. Mix the ingredients for the salad, season with oil and lemon juice. We give dressings for 20 minutes and serve.
