What is needed for fritters of spinach:
- spinach (frozen) - 50g;
- milk - 150 ml;
- egg - 1 pc;
- oat flour - 100 g;
- sugar - 1 hour. l .;
- salt - a pinch;
- baking powder - 0.5 hours. l .;
- sunflower oil - 15 ml.
How to make delicious fritters of spinach:
1. Oat flour I was not there, so I had to improvise. Flakes grind in a blender - turns excellent flour, only coarse. Adding to her baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. Were thawed spinach. If there is fresh, then even better.
3. Grind spinach puree, break an egg to it and pour milk. Whisk again.
