Zucchini baked with meat, cheese and tomatoes

Very fond of summer squash. I cook them a lot and in different variations. Today I share a recipe with zucchini stuffing, baked under a cap of cheese and tomatoes.

Cooking Time - 50 minutes

Number of servings - 1

What we need for the dish:

  • zucchini - 150 g;
  • minced - 250 grams;
  • tomato - 60 c;
  • Cheese - 50 g;
  • mayonnaise - Article 1.5. l .;
  • salt - to taste.

How delicious baked stuffed zucchini

1. At the core of zucchini extract (it can be used for cooking soup). Zucchini salt, that was not bland.

2. In the beef add the browned onions for juiciness. Salt, pepper.

3. We lay the stuffing in squash, making the top cap.

4. On the stuffing place the slices of tomato, a bit of salt it.

5. Top distribute mayonnaise (about a teaspoonful per tomato).

6. And the final touch - grated cheese. Put the dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
