In Ukraine, want to impose another penalty for late replacement summer tires for winter. The National Police and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has already begun to develop a new bill.
The law should provide bringing to responsibility of drivers for late replacement tires. The basis for this innovation served as a frightening statistic.
Despite early warnings of weather forecasters, changes in weather conditions, many drivers have ignored this fact. As a result, 14 November, on the roads in Ukraine was about a thousand road accidents. According to the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vladimir Yemelyan, attended by about 30% of irresponsible drivers on the roads. For one day, only in the capital occurred 498 accidents.
In n. 31 regulations states: "In the case of continuous operation of the vehicle on roads with a slippery roadway, it is recommended to use the bus, corresponding to the state of the carriageway."
