Paella with seafood
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. rice
- 200 g shrimp
- 2 chicken fillets
- 200 g mussels
- a glass of dry white wine

Tortilla with herbs
Ingredients:
- 5-6 medium potatoes
- onion
- 4 eggs
- salt, pepper and any herbs
- olive oil (can substitute sunflower)
Preparation: finely chop the potatoes and place in a preheated pan slightly. Mix the potatoes and add the finely chopped onion. Whisk the eggs. Ready to shift the potatoes in a bowl with beaten eggs, removing excess oil. All the mix, podsolite, pepper, add the chopped herbs. Then pour the mixture into a preheated pan. After 5 minutes gently invert tortilla and brown the other side. Serve and garnish with greens.

Gazpacho in Andalusian
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of ripe red tomatoes
- sweet green pepper
- cucumber
- sweet red onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- white wine vinegar
Preparation: we will cut all the vegetables and chop in a blender, add salt, 3 tbsp. l. olive oil and vinegar to taste. Mix and store it in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Serve cold and garnish with greens.
