«Artist and I am often on the road. On the road, my activity supports granola. The beauty is that it can be prepared in advance and a lot. And then put in a box and take it with you on the go. In the morning, simply add to the granola yogurt and your favorite fruits, and you have a nutritious breakfast"- says the singer.
You will need:
Oatmeal - 150 c
Butter - 30 oz
Honey - 2 tbsp
Dried apricots - 50g
Raisins - 50 g
Nuts (peanuts, walnuts, cashews) - 50 g
Cinnamon - to taste
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, add honey and stir well. Then lay oat weight on pan with parchment, oiled butter. Spread granola evenly with a thin layer all over the baking sheet.
Put baking for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 ° C. Desirably granola stirring every 10 minutes, so that it does not stick. When the starter will get brown and divine fragrance, it is ready.Remove the granola from the oven, stir and let cool until it solidifies. Spread in jars with airtight lids.
In addition to dried apricots, dates, prunes, raisins, dried apples can be taken, mango, papaya, pineapple, figs, dried cherries and berries. If you are cooking a chocolate granola, the cocoa powder can be added before the heat treatment, and chocolate chips - only after roasting in the cooled mass.
