Will my running training and pregnancy? Learn from the experience of this "running mother" Diana Aleksyuk.
A few years ago I could not imagine that it is possible: to be an active, healthy, young mother, who is a habitual way of life.
Now, in order: 5 years ago, father in law offered to take part in a charity Chestnut Run. At that time, my self-training were limited to short not regular crosses. Prior to the start of the month was 2, I have decided to prepare yourself - learned to run 5 km without going to step on a nearby stadium, alternating running with walking.
"Chestnut Run" - sports and charity event, which aims to bring together people who love running and save the lives of children with heart defects. Attended by the whole family got to the finish line in 26 minutes, when I experienced my first euphoria of the runner at the finish line.
Regular self-training has become a routine exercise, so I joined the running club. Since we ran inseparable. Changed life style, interests and social circle. In July 2019 heard the good news - we are expecting a baby. Thinking about how not to run, it was not. I understand that there will be adjustments in the training plan. Especially, moderate exercise is essential for a healthy pregnancy. Of course, the allowable level of activity at everyone and depends on the initial training.
Since before pregnancy I regularly practiced 5 years old, the doctor advised to reduce the load by 50%, eliminate some of the exercises: acceleration at a high pulse, twisting to the press, jumping. Informing about the pregnancy of his coaches the running of the club, from the group of marathon runners, I moved to the weaker group.
