"Thousand layers." So we call in France the world-famous cake "Napoleon". But today we do not offer to cook the traditional version of this popular dessert and snack, which is useful for meeting guests and holiday dinner on the day of March 8!

Ingredients: puff pastry - 1 pack, potatoes - 4 pcs, cream -. 150 g, onions - 1 units, cheese -. 100 g, herbs (dill) - beam spinach - 300 g Salt - to taste, pepper - to taste.

How to cook: We start with the stuffing. We boil the potatoes. Onion cut into semicircles and fried for 2-3 minutes on vegetable oil. Then add the spinach and fry all together until all the water has evaporated. Potato mash with the addition of hot cream.

Mix the spinach and potato mixture. Add the chopped dill, salt and pepper. Mix well.

The dough is rolled out into a thin layer and cut into equal rectangles. Puts on baking cakes and baked in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. They should only slightly browned.
When all the cakes are baked, take a baking dish, spread the cake, distribute the filling on top, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Then again, spread the cake, filling and cheese.
