• Minced meat - 700 g

• Cheese - 150-200 g
• Sour cream - 1 tbsp. l.
• Tomato - 2 pcs.
• Garlic - 1 clove
• Dill - 1 bunch
• Salt - to taste
• Pepper and other spices - to taste

PREPARATION Step by step

1. Finely chop the onion and add it to the minced meat. If you cook the stuffing yourself, you can also onion mince, but still better to cut it.

2. Salt, pepper to taste, add one egg and knead well as on the burgers.

3. Three cheese on a coarse grater. In a separate bowl whisk lightly whisk egg with a pinch of salt. Mix the egg with cheese, add a tablespoon of sour cream, finely chopped fresh herbs, chopped garlic, stir.

4. Large tomatoes cut into plates of a thickness of approximately half a centimeter.

5. Stuffing divide into equal sized balls, form of these "baskets" with walls about 1 centimeter. Put them on a slice of tomato on top fill with cheese sauce.

6. Blanketed baking pan and spread on paper it nests. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake it in the nest 35-45 minutes until tender.
