Ingredients

  • Carrot - 1 kg
  • Wheat whole-wheat flour - 1.5 cups
  • Favorite dried fruit - 100 gr.
  • Butter - 100 grams.
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Disintegrant - 2 hours. l.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Soda - a pinch

Cooking method

1. Carrots are clean, wash and obsushivayut, then cut into small pieces.

2. Spread the carrots in a saucepan and fill it with water, bring to the boil and cook for about 35 minutes until soft.

3. The water was then decanted and mash to carrot puree tolkushkoy or blendiruem.

4. Dried fruits wash and pour boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain the water. Dried fruit dry with a paper towel. In the bowl of a blender put the dried fruits and eggs, and the blended.
