Water or vegetable broth
Champignon - 500 g
Potatoes - 6 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.

White beans - 1 tbsp
Beetroot - 1 piece.

Tomato juice - 150 ml
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Cabbage - 200 g
Preparation: Beans soak overnight, then rinse, cover with cold water and cook until tender. Vegetables cut into sticks, onion finely chop. On a small amount of sunflower oil sauté onion, carrots and bell pepper. On another frying pan lightly fry the beets, add tomato juice, sugar and a tablespoon of citric acid (to beet has not lost its color). Extinguish all over low heat, covered. In the finished beans add sliced cabbage, salt and boil for 5-10 minutes, then add carrot and onion mixture boil for 5 minutes.
