It is believed that this dish appeared in Osaka in 1900. Now in Japan, it can be prepared at home and served in cafes and restaurants. Oyakodon translated as "parents and children", as it will be a good start to the day for both adults and children alike.

Eggs - 3 pcs.
Chicken fillet - 300 g
Rice - ½ cup
Onions - 1 pc.
green onions
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce - 6 tablespoons. l.

1. Peel the onions and cut them into thin half-rings. On a heated pan, pour the soy sauce.

2. Wash the rice and put it to boil.

3. As soon as the sauce begins to boil, put in a frying pan the onion and sprinkle with sugar. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Small pieces of cut chicken, add it to the pan and toss with the sauce. After the meat was white, flip it for a few minutes on the second side.

5. Lightly beat the egg whisk and pour evenly into the pan. Cover and cook for a few minutes, without stirring.

6. Pour onto a plate of hot rice. Carefully place the top omelet. Sprinkle the dish finely chopped green onions.
