Omelette oyakodon - a variation of the traditional Japanese donburi dishes, which is a bowl of rice, supplemented with various components - from meat to fish. It is believed that this dish appeared in Osaka in 1900. Now in Japan, it can be prepared at home and served in cafes and restaurants. Oyakodon translated as "parents and children", as it will be a good start to the day for both adults and children alike.
INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Chicken fillet - 300 g
Rice - ½ cup
Onions - 1 pc.
green onions
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce - 6 tablespoons. l.
PREPARATION Step by step
1. Peel the onions and cut them into thin half-rings. On a heated pan, pour the soy sauce.
2. Wash the rice and put it to boil.
3. As soon as the sauce begins to boil, put in a frying pan the onion and sprinkle with sugar. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Small pieces of cut chicken, add it to the pan and toss with the sauce. After the meat was white, flip it for a few minutes on the second side.
