We need a picture, drawing on thick paper with an outline penguin, scissors, PVA glue, tweezers, floss or thin knitting needle, colored paper, cut into strips 0.5 cm in width and length 30cm.
You can use a ready-made set for quilling, well, if there is a line of holes in the form of geometric shapes: circle, oval, triangle. Bird consists of a head, body, wings, legs and beak.
