Ingredients:
- Chicken 200,
- Water 1 200 ml.,
- Salt to taste
- Onion 1 pc.,
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. spoon,
- Potato 2–3 pcs.,
- Fig 1–2 st. spoons,
- Carrots 0.5 pcs.,
- Greens to taste.

1. Pour the chicken with water, bring to a boil and cook in salted water for 20 minutes.
2. Let the chicken cool and cut into pieces.
3. Cut the onion, brown it in a pan for 5 minutes with sunflower oil.4. Add chopped potatoes to the boiling broth, then rice, carrots.
5. When the potatoes are soft (20-25 minutes), add the chicken, onions and herbs to the broth.
6. Remove the soup from the heat and let it brew for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
