Chicken soup with rice and potatoes

Rich soup with rice and chicken meat can be easily prepared at home! It goes well with sour cream and fresh pastries, it is suitable for a hearty dinner for the whole family, when it is important to stock up on calories.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 200,
  • Water 1 200 ml.,
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 1 pc.,
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. spoon,
  • Potato 2–3 pcs.,
  • Fig 1–2 st. spoons,
  • Carrots 0.5 pcs.,
  • Greens to taste.

1. Pour the chicken with water, bring to a boil and cook in salted water for 20 minutes.

2. Let the chicken cool and cut into pieces.

3. Cut the onion, brown it in a pan for 5 minutes with sunflower oil.

4. Add chopped potatoes to the boiling broth, then rice, carrots.

5. When the potatoes are soft (20-25 minutes), add the chicken, onions and herbs to the broth.

6. Remove the soup from the heat and let it brew for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
