Deputy Minister and Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine Igor Kuzin said that now the Ministry Healthcare has provisionally approved five different types of documents that you can take with you abroad, and they will be there confess.
This is an international certificate of vaccination. Any vaccinations made there are legitimate, and abroad this document confirms that the child received them.
“This may be a history of the development of the child, a certificate of vaccination, an extract from an outpatient card. I would advise parents who are planning to travel abroad, if possible, take a paper form of vaccination certificate from a family doctor or pediatrician, ”the expert clarified.
In other words, a child's card, which every family doctor has or is kept in a medical institution, may be suitable. Or a document with vaccination histories, which is well known to every mother.
