We all have a different concept of getting up early. For some, getting up not at 6:30, but at 6 is early, but for someone, waking up before lunch is already a real feat.

In fact, it is difficult to say whether an early rise has a positive effect on human health, but it definitely affects the psyche!

So, here are 7 reasons to start getting up early.

7 reasons to get up early

Meeting a new day

Getting up early is an opportunity to calmly meet a new day, clearly outline your plans, feel how the day begins and understand what it can bring.

The opportunity to do so much more

For many, getting up not at the prescribed 6 in the morning, but at 6:30 is already considered that the day has been spent in vain, and time has been lost. And when you get up early, you will have the opportunity to do exercises, calmly drink a cup of coffee or tea, take your time to take a shower and put on makeup. Or maybe even read a few pages of your favorite book!

Opportunity to enjoy peace and quiet

It's so great to be a little quiet in the morning. Do not hear how neighbors hurrying to get ready for work scream, do not push around in the apartment with your family, trying to take the toilet or bathroom ahead of the rest. Early morning is the time that frees you from noise and any sound debris.

Dawn meeting

How long have you been enjoying the sunrise? No, because you get up when it's already light. And this is such a wonderful sight that gives some kind of peace and tranquility. And you can combine meeting the dawn with a run or a cup of coffee.

You can have a normal breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. When a person gets up late, he, in a hurry to work, either does not eat at all, or grabs what he manages to see, just to throw at least something into the stomach. If you get up earlier, you can eat slowly, calmly, not on the run.

Charging or exercising

Of course, you can spend evening time on sports, but if you train or do exercises in the morning, you will have vivacity and energy for the whole day. And, by the way, you won’t have to force yourself to study later in the evening, when after work you don’t have the strength for anything, but there are plenty of things to do.

Work

If you work from home, then getting up early is an opportunity to redo as many things as possible, as much work as possible. Morning hours are the most productive for work. You are full of strength and energy, your brain and body have rested, and there is an opportunity to do more work, and to carry it out much better.

Adviсe:

  • If you are used to getting up late, but decide that you need to switch to an earlier rise, then do not rush. You don’t have to immediately rebuild your body dramatically, and get up 4-5 hours earlier. This is harmful to the body. Start by getting up half an hour early at first, and increase the time over time.
  • No need to stay up late in front of the TV, hang out on social networks, or work until midnight. The best time to go to bed is between 10 and 11 pm.
  • Put the alarm clock away from you so that you don’t suddenly change your mind in the morning and turn it off, continuing to sleep longer, as before. When you get up, immediately go to the bath, the water will help you wake up.
  • Set a goal for getting up early. For example, take a bath, go in for sports, have a hearty breakfast, finish reading a book, put on cool makeup, etc.
  • Don't forget to praise and reward yourself. Once you've managed to shift your wake up time by half an hour on a consistent basis, praise yourself and come up with some kind of reward. For example, buy what you have long dreamed of!

If you are determined to start getting up early, then why not start doing it right from tomorrow?
