How to behave during an explosion
- If there is a threat of an explosion, you need to quickly lie on the floor, cover your head with your hands. Palms - ears. Open mouth.
- After the explosion - do not get up abruptly. Don't get up right away. Due to stress and shock, pain may not appear immediately. And if it hurts, then every sudden movement is extra blood loss.
- Slowly move your arms and legs. If there is blood, understand where. And how serious is the injury.
- If there is a lot of blood, bandage the wound lying down and call for help.
- Do not panic. Deep rhythmic breathing will help to cope with panic.
How to understand if there is a concussion
With a concussion, loss of consciousness is possible (from a few moments to a long one: several minutes, hours, days and longer - coma). Further, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache may occur. Hearing, smell, taste, vision (in whole or in part) may disappear.
If next to you is a person with a shell shock: lay on your side. No need to shake!!! Cold on the head. Call the doctors!
If you are conscious - calm down, do not leave one, check whether the oral cavity, airways are free - offer to take a few breaths, let them drink a few sips of ordinary drinking water. With mild and moderate contusions - bed rest for 7-10 days, sparing food, limit mobile telephones and other information carriers, giving an additional load, drugs - according to their intended purpose doctor.
