Sveta ran with all her might home from work to her daughters. On the way, she stopped by the store and bought the necessary groceries.

“And you don’t have to ask me. I see that you are all hungry. You are an impossible mother and a very bad wife. I hope my husband understands this someday. Recently Sveta met Stas. After school, he left for another city, and now, finally, he returned. The meeting was very unexpected, it seemed that there was no such gap in almost 10 years. Stas was incredibly handsome and gallant, feelings seemed to overwhelm the couple, but Sveta restrained herself as best she could, again because of her daughters.
The youngest daughter of Sveta went to kindergarten, the group was preparing for graduation. It was necessary to prepare a dance of fathers and daughters, but Kirill said a firm “no”, and because of this, his daughter cried in the evenings. After all, all the girls came to the rehearsal with their dads, and she had to sit on a chair and just watch from the sidelines. Sveta told all this to Stas, and he offered his help. Of course, there was little hope that everything would work out, because there were only 2 weeks left before graduation, but Stas did it. And on the appointed day, Sveta's daughter performed a gorgeous dance with her alleged father.
On that very day, Sveta decided to talk to Cyril about a divorce. I no longer had the strength to endure his betrayals and indifference to the family. Sveta told her husband to go to his mistress, she gave him the car, but asked her to leave her apartment so that her daughters had a place to live.
Cyril turned out to be very petty, he began to extort money from his wife for repairs made with his money. But Sveta told him:
Where can I get so much money? Take it, if you want chandeliers, lamps, rip off the wallpaper. Whatever you want to do, just disappear from our lives. We don't need you, just like you don't need us.
And Kirill really took off everything he could, and already began to tear off the wallpaper in the bedroom, but the glue turned out to be very reliable, and the man abandoned this idea.
Now Sveta has agreed with Stas. He made repairs in her apartment, and became a real dad for her daughters. Both Sveta and her girls finally began to live happily.
How often do we rush, take a rash step, and lose the people we really need, and then we live all our lives with those who do not deserve our attention, time and effort. Sveta realized that she had made a mistake 10 years later. But it's good that she managed to fix everything and find, finally, her female happiness!
