Ever since last year I tried to rent an inexpensive apartment somewhere on the outskirts of Moscow, I have fallen in love with looking at other people's interiors on real estate rental sites. Now that prices have skyrocketed, and I live in a vague hope of one day getting a mortgage, the love of looking at photographs of other people's apartments has not disappeared, but flared up with renewed vigor.
I confess honestly, rare apartments in Moscow and the Moscow suburbs catch the eye, which is already quite blurred. Most of the apartments I can afford have granny-style interiors that were made in the 1970s. And the apartments in which I would like to live have an unaffordable price tag, and you can only admire them on Cyana, DomKlik or Yandex. real estate.
Surprisingly, it is almost impossible to rent an apartment without furniture - such ads are rare. Our people prefer to make repairs for rent, which is no longer suitable for me. Firstly, I do not like to live in other people's scenery, and secondly, I have a cat who likes to make changes to the interior and is currently biting the wallpaper behind the TV.
Recently, I was lazily flipping through various sites, and my eyes fell on this unusual odnushka. It is unusual in that it is a one-room apartment with a layout that implies a second level. I have already seen such an apartment on YouTube with a girl who rents a house in Japan. There was a completely unthinkable option of 9 m², and the apartment looks more like an economy class train compartment.
This apartment is very cool: uncluttered, modern, compact and stylish. Another question - would I be able to live there? Probably not. This is an ideal option for a single person who comes home only to spend the night. And although I am a loner, I live at home, so I want to experience the pleasure of being there without trying to escape.
It has everything you need for a comfortable life. The bedroom is on the upper level, there is a tiny kitchen area below, a small work area, everything is very minimalistic and comfortable. But, let's face it - the kingdom is not enough, there is nowhere to turn around.
I feel very uncomfortable in rooms that are rather narrow and long than square. All my life I live in an apartment with square rooms. Empty walls are for convinced ascetics. Floral wallpaper, of course, is not needed, but I want to hang a picture or photo (but not).
What I really like is the competent and practical zoning. But the most important thing is a bathroom in which you want to live. I have always been very wary of the stripe in interior design, but here the tile with a wide stripe is not a burden, and a washbasin in the form of a cup makes the interior even more lively, non-trivial, informal and even a little humorous.
Would you be able to live in such an apartment? Costs 50,000 per month.
