Suleiman loved his younger sister Hatice and wished her only happiness. For the sake of her well-being, he decided to marry his sister to the son of the Grand Vizier.
Hatice could not resist the will of the Sultan and humbly accepted his decision. However, Hatice's heart belonged to Ibrahim.

By order of the sovereign, Ibrahim appeared at the Topkapi Palace and asked for an audience with the sovereign. Ibrahim believed that now Suleiman would take his life and asked for only one thing - that his body be given to his father and brother.
Suleiman promised to fulfill Ibrahim's request, but only first, they should take a walk at his wedding. Ibrahim did not expect such an answer and was a little confused. However, Suleiman said that he would never go against love.
After a conversation with Ibrahim, the ruler summoned his sister to his chambers. Hatice decided that her brother personally decided to inform her about the execution of Ibrahim. However, she did not expect that Suleiman terminated her engagement with Celebi and ordered to prepare for the wedding with Ibrahim. Hearing this, Hatice lost her senses. But when she came to herself, she could not believe her luck.
Against Valide's protests, Suleiman ordered preparations for the wedding of his younger sister and Grand Vizier Ibrahim Pasha to begin.
