We often talk to you about low self-esteem. I want to teach you not only to choose the right things, but also to love yourself. Because it is paramount. Because you will not feel 100%, even in the best outfit, if you do not love yourself, or God forbid, you hate your body or face.
But today I propose to talk about high self-esteem. It is no longer the owner who suffers from it, but the environment. I am sure that many of us face arrogant, selfish women in our lives, but not everyone understands how to behave better.
Signs of high female self-esteem
Each of these signs can be a marker of overestimated self-esteem, but not necessarily all totally coincide, of course.
Firstly, such women tend to have their own unshakable and only correct opinion on everything. Especially on someone else's life. They are just sure they know the best. And they really lack critical thinking in this matter.
There are 2 opinions, mine and wrong. And more often than not, they are quite aggressive in trying to impose their own. They definitely want to speak out, especially where they are not asked. Could it occur to them that their opinion is of no interest to anyone? Of course not, because only they know how to do it.
Anyone is to blame, but not me. A woman with high self-esteem will blame anyone but herself. They especially like to blame others for their failures. If something did not work out for them, they are not to blame! At this moment they feel like an unrecognized genius, they can be quite painful, it hurts their pride very painfully.
At such moments, they shout about injustice, about bias. Cherry on the cake - in every possible way they belittle the dignity of those who are ahead of them. But they cannot even think that their failure is a consequence of the fact that they do not have enough competence, knowledge and skills. They overestimate their strengths and capabilities.
If a man chose another for them, then they will ride on the appearance of that other by train properly. And at every opportunity they will discuss her dirty head (even if it is always clean), a huge nose or crooked legs.
Arrogant women are often very stingy when it comes to empathy. They do not tend to worry from the bottom of their hearts about the problems of others, and sometimes these problems are absolutely indifferent to them. Just think! Their self-centeredness prevents them from switching to empathy.
How to deal with such women
I will give you a short instruction based on my experience. You can share yours with us. It is important from the very beginning to clearly define your boundaries and show them that you are not a weak rag, but can easily fight back if necessary. If they recognize you as a strong personality, they may even ask for a girlfriend.
The best and my favorite option is if you can, shorten your communication. You can even go to zero. Let them cook themselves in their "superiority", we will pity them and move on.
Irony and sarcasm also help a lot, you just don't take all their attacks seriously. There is a real life case. An authoritarian and narcissistic woman did not give birth to her sons-in-law until one of her daughters married such an ironic guy. He skillfully neutralized all her arrogant attacks with humor and sometimes sarcasm.
It happens that a seemingly inflated self-esteem hides a very underestimated one. A person turns on a defense mechanism and this behavior is just his armor.
