It is impossible to imagine a New Year's table without mayonnaise, you might say! But no! These 10 delicious sauces are both delicious and healthier.
Avocado sauce
Ingredients:
Avocado
250 ml of kefir
4 tbsp. l. olive oil
2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
0.5 teaspoon sugar
Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method. Peel the avocado and place in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
Apple dressing
Ingredients:
1 sour apple
200 ml unflavored yoghurt
1 tsp curry
Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method. Grate the peeled apple. Add yogurt and curry, stir.
The bright color of the sauce gives the curry
Lemon exotic
Ingredients:
100 ml oil (preferably olive oil)
100 ml lemon juice
1 tbsp heavy cream
50 g dill
Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method. In a blender, beat all the ingredients except the dill. Add it at the end, before serving.
Useful dressing
Ingredients:
200 ml of fatty yogurt;
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method. Mix all the ingredients in a blender bowl and beat for just a minute or two.
Sauce "For meat"
Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic
50 g dill
250 g fat sour cream
2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
1 hour l. Sahara
0.5 tsp balsamic vinegar
Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method. Beat everything in a blender. Leave to infuse for 20 minutes.
Cucumber freshness
Ingredients:
2 fresh cucumbers
2 cloves of garlic
200 g cream cheese
6 tbsp. l. light sour cream
50 g dill
Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method. Grate cucumbers on a medium grater and squeeze the juice. Chop the dill. Grind the garlic into gruel. Mix all ingredients.
Cucumber freshness
Tartarus
Ingredients:
2 boiled yolks
0.5 lemon
100 ml olive oil
Bunch of onions
Pickle
5-10 olives
2 cloves of garlic
Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method. Mash the yolks with a fork, add lemon juice to them. Stir in the oil. When the sauce becomes thick, add finely chopped cucumber, olives, onions, garlic to it.
Curd sauce
Ingredients:
100 g of curd cheese
100 ml plain yogurt
1 tbsp. l. tomato paste
Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method. Mix all ingredients.
Horseradish dressing
Ingredients:
200 g sour cream
2 tablespoons horseradish
0.5 tsp dry garlic
Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method. Mix everything until smooth.
Vegetarian sauce
Ingredients:
200 g canned beans
1 lemon
50 ml sunflower oil
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method. Drain off excess liquid from the can of beans. Add lemon pulp, oil and mustard. Beat thoroughly with a blender.
