At the same time, you need to eat at a strictly allotted time and do not indulge yourself with snacks.

The main thing is that they are nutritious and balanced, then the diet will be effective and safe, its developers emphasize. The base dish of the "liquid diet" is a complete meat broth. You should not refuse it in order to lose weight more quickly, since it is he who will provide the body with the necessary fats and proteins. You need to cook the broth according to the rules: take a soup set (bones with meat) from chicken, turkey or veal, fill it with water, bring to a boil, drain the first water and fill it with water again. Put the onion, carrots, parsley root and a couple of bay leaves in the broth and simmer over very low heat for 3-4 hours.
When ready, put the broth in the refrigerator and wait until a "crust" of fat forms on the surface. Take that crust away - a healthy and nutritious diet is ready. This broth will become the basic preparation for soups that need to be eaten over two days. According to the rules of the "liquid diet", they should be different, but you don't have to bother, but cook one soup, which you like the most (in this case, you will need to remove from the list of ingredients potatoes).

The liquid diet has two main rules. Firstly, for these two days you need to completely abandon coffee, tea, sweets, flour products, alcohol and semi-finished products. Second, meals should be at the same time. You choose the schedule yourself (after all, someone gets up at 6 in the morning, and someone at 8), but remember that at least 2 hours should pass between meals. It is the strict regimen that helps the better absorption of all nutrients and makes the diet so effective.
Straightaway after waking up you need to drink two glasses of water (450 ml) with the juice of half a lemon. This can be done not in one gulp, but gradually, over 20-30 minutes.
On the breakfast need to cook milk smoothie based on low-fat milk and frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, currants, blueberries, blackberries are suitable). The berries will need to be removed from the freezer in the evening and put in the refrigerator so that they defrost by morning.
Lunch Is a broth-based soup. You can put any vegetables and mushrooms in it, with the exception of potatoes. It is allowed to add a teaspoon of vegetable (preferably olive) oil to the soup.
On the dinner there will be soup again, but this time it can be supplemented with legumes (green beans, asparagus, green peas). You can also put there cabbage, corn, spinach, bell peppers - in general, anything you like except potatoes.
On the afternoon tea you will need to drink a fruit cocktail based on seedless grapes (raisins). Place it in a blender, add any plant-based milk, one cucumber and the juice of half a lemon.
Have supper you'll need soup again, but this time you can add some potatoes, lentils, or quinoa. A little boiled meat is also allowed (which remains on the bones after boiling the broth).
On the second day, repeat the menu in the same order, and in the evening a wonderful transformation awaits you. In general, the "liquid diet" allows you to lose one size in two days. The only drawback is that you cannot jump off of it. Therefore, at the New Year's feast, you will have to restrain yourself and not lean on mayonnaise salads, fatty fried meat and sweets.
