Make the sauce. Melt the butter, add flour, stirring, fry, gradually add hot sour cream, constantly stirring all the ingredients.

It remains to arrange the components in pots, pour everything with sauce, and send them to the oven for half an hour to cook at 180 degrees.

Buckwheat porridge for 3 servings

You will need:

  • pork - 0.5 kg;
  • buckwheat - 9 tbsp. l .;
  • chicken cubes - 2 pcs.;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • lavrushka - 1 pc.

How to cook:

You can take any other meat, I really like pork in this dish. Cut the meat into random small pieces, finely chop the onion, arrange everything in the pots. In each pot, add 3 tbsp. l. buckwheat, after washing it. By the way, the dish will turn out deliciously with millet, and many take both cereals in a 1 to 1 ratio. Also add the crumbled bay leaf. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and pour into pots. It is necessary to cook the dish for an hour at 160 degrees.

Potatoes with sausages for 1 serving

You will need:

  • potatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • sausages - 2 pcs.;
  • onion - half;
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • mushrooms - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt.

How to cook:

Cut the potatoes into strips, lightly fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown. Fry the sausage circles and the chopped onion separately. Saute the mushrooms lightly. Pour a little water on the bottom of the pot, then put potatoes, salt, then onions with sausages, mushrooms, sour cream. Let the dish cook for about an hour at 160 degrees.

Braised fish

You will need:

  • sea ​​fish - 0.5 kg;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • butter;
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp l .;
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • cream - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • pepper and salt;
  • chopped green onions - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • water - 1 tbsp.

How to cook:

Fry the onions in oil, immediately transfer them to a pot, add pepper, salt, water, and sliced ​​potatoes. Send to the oven when the potatoes become a little soft, you need to add tomato paste, chopped cucumbers, and diced fish. Pour in the cream, and send the dish to simmer until tender. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.

Liver with mushrooms for 2 servings

You will need:

  • beef liver - 800 g;
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp.;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
