Spicy eggplant with oyster mushrooms

Ingredients:

1.5 kg eggplant

400 g oyster mushrooms

400 ml coconut milk

1-2 tbsp. l. spicy pasta like adjika

Cooking method. Cut the eggplants into slices, sprinkle with oil and bake in the oven. Tear the oyster mushrooms into fibers, throw in a frying pan, add adjika and baked eggplants. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Baked potatoes with avocado 

Ingredients:

800 g potatoes

2.5 tbsp. l. olive oil

1 hour l. ground dried garlic

Medium bunch of parsley

For the sauce:

1 PC. avocado

2 cloves of garlic

1/2 tbsp. l. lemon juice

60 ml olive oil

Cooking method. Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins. While it cools, make the sauce. Put peeled avocado and garlic in a blender, add lemon juice. Salt, pepper, beat. Pour oil in a thin stream. Beat gradually until a thick paste. Place the dried potatoes on the oiled deco, and lightly squeeze each potato with a glass until the skin cracks. Grease everything with oil, salt and pepper, add dried garlic. Bake until golden brown. Pour the sauce over the prepared potatoes, sprinkle with herbs, serve hot.

Sarma

Ingredients:

10 small sweet peppers

10 cabbage leaves

2 cups basmati rice

Leek stalk

3 onions

Carrot

3 cloves of garlic

Cooking method. Chop the white part of the leek, chop carrot, chop one pepper into cubes. Stew everything in a frying pan. Soak the rice for 20 minutes in advance, and then drain the water and add to the pan to the vegetables. Put cabbage leaves in lightly salted boiling water for a couple of minutes, pull out and cool. Peel the peppers and fill them with rice and vegetables, and then wrap them in a cabbage leaf. Place the sarmu tightly in a saucepan, cover with water, salt and cook for about 30 minutes. You can decorate the dish with herbs.

Ingredients:

2 cloves of garlic

Head of broccoli

Head of white cabbage

Cooking method. Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté the chopped garlic. Add broccoli, disassembled for inflorescences, simmer for a couple of minutes. Coarsely chop the white cabbage and add it to the rest of the vegetables. Fry the vegetables over medium heat for another 5 minutes.

Ratatouille with grapes

Ingredients:

2 potatoes

1 onion

5 tomatoes

1 bell pepper

2 potatoes

3 small courgettes

Bunches of white and dark grapes

1 apple

Parsley to taste

Cooking method. Peeled potatoes, onions, tomato, cut the pepper into cubes. Zucchini - in circles. Cut the apple into 4 parts, cut off the grapes. Mix all ingredients in a refractory mold. Season with salt, pepper, add 4 tbsp. l. olive oil, add water or vegetable broth. Sprinkle with parsley and send to the oven for an hour and a half, periodically adding liquid. Serve hot.

Pickled squid 

Ingredients:

0.5 kg squid

3 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

fresh chili to taste

1 tbsp sweet sauce

1 lemon

A couple of sprigs of parsley

Cooking method. Chop the garlic. Add to it the zest of whole lemon and chili, cut into rings. Chop the parsley finely and place with the rest of the ingredients. Squeeze out the lemon juice and pour over all the vegetables. Add olive oil, sweet sauce. Fry the chopped squids in a pan for literally 3-4 minutes, no longer, otherwise they will become like rubber. We add all our vegetables and let it brew for about an hour. Better to cook squid in the evening and refrigerate overnight.

Chickpea cutlets 

Ingredients:

A glass of chickpeas

Bulb

A clove of garlic

Carrot

3-4 tablespoons bread crumbs

0.5 tsp turmeric

2-3 tbsp flour

Cooking method. Boil the chickpeas. Fry chopped onions, carrots, garlic in a pan. Whisk everything together in a blender, pepper and salt. Now add flour to the chickpea mass and mold the cutlets with wet hands. Dip in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.

Chocolate pie

Ingredients:

250 g flour

1 tbsp. Sahara

1 tbsp. water

0.5 tbsp. sunflower oil

3 tbsp cocoa

1 tbsp baking powder

Cooking method. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar and baking powder. Mix water and oil separately and add to dry ingredients. Stir until smooth. Pour the contents into a baking dish. Bake the cake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
