I have a small hobby due to my professional activity - I really like to consider makeup for women. I almost always consider makeup in transport, in a store, and just with passers-by. I want to tell you about the five most common mistakes that I have noticed lately.
1. Bring the lower mucosa without shading
This is perhaps the most common mistake of all, so I put it first.
I often see that women paint only the lower mucous membrane, without shaking off the pencil on the eyelid. Sometimes they don't even dye their eyelashes with mascara, they only use a pencil.
This way of drawing the eyelid visually reduces the eye. By not using mascara, you make it even smaller than it really is.
What to fix: be sure to paint the eyelashes and paint over the lower lash line, not forgetting to dim it a little with a brush, or even better - fix it with shadows in color, so the pencil will last longer.
2. Bring the lower mucous membrane, forgetting about the upper eyelid
This is not always a direct mistake, but in most cases this method will make the eye smaller, age and give unnecessary emphasis on the lower eyelid.
This type of makeup is acceptable if you have long and thick eyelashes. Or you want to highlight the lower eyelid in color, such as blue or green.
What to fix: We draw with a pencil not only the lower, but also the upper eyelid to balance the makeup.
3. Make a large indent from the eyelashes
A very common mistake is to make a large indent from the eyelashes when drawing the eyes with a pencil. Such a mistake breaks the eye, makes it look older and, in general, "breaks" the makeup. The same applies to the lack of lashes, especially if you have light and sparse lashes.
What to fix: We paint over with a pencil from the very eyelashes, along the way, painting over the lash line. So the look will be deep and attractive.
4. Bring the lower lash line without affecting the mucous membrane
This method is no less common than the previous ones. It is especially not recommended in the makeup of women over 50, when the eyelid has undergone age-related changes. In this way, you do not enlarge the eyes and do not make them expressive, but only emphasize the flaws.
What to fix: if you really want to emphasize the lower eyelid, then in addition to the lashes, go with a pencil and on the mucous membrane of the eyelid. In this way, you will not diminish your gaze, do not worry. It decreases if you paint over only the mucous membrane without going to the lash line.
5. When bringing the upper eyelid down, strongly lower the guide
I will not say that such a mistake is very common, but it certainly exists and does not paint anyone at all.
A similar mistake is made simply from the fact that they do not know how to finish the line when painting over the upper eyelid and lower it down. This method will lower the outer corners of the eyes and make the look tired.
What to fix: when eyeliner with a pencil, there are two solutions for how to leave the ponytail. The first option is to bring the pencil to the last eyelash at the outer eyelid and shade a little to remove clear lines. The second option is to bring out a small arrow observing the guideline, it should be directed to the temple.
