“Tomorrow I will get up at 7 am, do my exercises, take a contrast shower, prepare a delicious and healthy breakfast,” - this is how we often dream in the evenings. And in the morning we translate the alarm clock a certain number of times and jump up half an hour before going to work. Naturally, we drive around the apartment for half an hour like crazy.

Such a beginning sets a certain rhythm for the whole day. And the whole week turns out to be as "crazy" as you are in the morning. But in life something needs to be changed. Try to get up an hour earlier and devote it exclusively to yourself - these are pleasant rituals that are very beneficial to your health. You can start performing them in parts, not all at once. And then gradually replenishing the health and beauty program with new items. But even if you start practicing only half of the rituals from this list, in a week you will see an overwhelming result, and your life will begin to rapidly change for the better.

Important. Most of these morning rituals can be performed while lying in bed while breastfeeding, for example. They do not require any special devices. Only your desire is needed.

1. Give the day a name and a smile (1 minute)

You should not jump out of bed at the first alarm clock: this way you "present" stress to your body from the very first minute. Take your time to even open your eyes. The first thing in the morning is to smile and come up with a name for the day. Simply, without hesitation, say to yourself: "Hello, new day (and further - his name)."

2. Sit down (10 seconds)

Take turns "throw" forward both legs, raise your shoulders, chest and gently pull yourself over your head, as if trying to stretch your neck. This complex will help you wake up faster.

3. Massage your head (2 minutes)

After this little ritual, do not rush to get out of bed - massage your head for a few minutes - this will ensure good blood circulation in the head area. Thanks to this, all tissues are well nourished and our face acquires a beautiful color. In addition, this massage perfectly strengthens the hair.

Fold your fingers into a claw and make small circular pads counterclockwise all over your head. Make sure that the fingers themselves do not move over the skin and are firmly attached to the head. You should feel skin movement under your fingers. Continue for a minute.

Another massage exercise. Grip the bun of hair firmly at the roots, squeeze it into a fist and pull it up well. And so go all over your head. Do this exercise for a minute.

4. Warm up your ears (3 min.)

After massaging your head, start massaging your ears. This will help not only wake up faster, but also activate the work of internal organs. The fact is that about 170 biologically active points are located on the auricle, through which it is reflexively (i.e., through the nerves) connected with organs and parts of the body.

There are two ways to start your morning ear massage, depending on how you want to wake up. If you need to get up quickly, in a minute or two, then you need to start the massage from the top of the ear (there are the points of the pelvic organs - the excretory system), and if slowly, lying still in bed for 3-5 minutes, then - from the lobe (there is a point of the brain - clarity of thinking and other organs are stimulated generally). And yet, if you are not in a hurry, then it is better to start from the top point - it is more physiological to wake up gradually.

Take your lobes or tops of your ear with the pads of your index and thumb like a sheet of paper and massage them in a spiral motion, squeezing the cartilage with moderate force. If the point from which you start self-massage does not hurt, do not stop there, but smoothly, without lifting your fingers, walk along the edge of the auricle to its opposite pole. Thus, you can walk from one pole to the other 2-3 times.

You can finish the massage by grabbing the auricles by the edges with all fingers of both hands and describing circles in the air with them. How to rotate - clockwise or counterclockwise - doesn't matter. The whole procedure of tonic self-massage should take no more than 3 minutes.

5. Send love to the workplace (5 minutes)

Having done a head and ear massage, you will definitely wake up and not fall asleep during a little meditation. Imagine a source of light in the region of the heart: it can be an image of the sun, a candle, etc. Begin breathing deeply, increasing this radiance, imagining how the light waves fill your body. Then mentally mold a ball out of this light and send it to your workplace or to any person.

This meditation will only take 5 minutes, but it can give you a lot of positive moments throughout the day. After all, the boomerang law works in the universe. What we send to it, we get back.

6. Pat your belly (30 seconds)

Before getting out of bed, pull the socks 2-3 times towards you, and then away from you. Then place your palm on your stomach and stroke it clockwise for a couple of minutes: this will activate the digestion process.

7. Disperse the blood (1 minute)

Now is the time to get out of bed. Do not undermine her. Do everything slowly. After you get up, press your chin to your chest, lower your arms down and bend over. This simple exercise helps to normalize the correct flow of lymph (this is important for the elimination and prevention of edema) and improves blood circulation. You can drink this drink instead of water: 1 tbsp. water, 1 tsp. l. honey, juice of half a lemon and 1 tsp. l. apple cider vinegar. 15. Exercise in the bathroom (10 minutes)

After the "flight" the shower will be a joy. Be sure to take a contrasting one. It is also called the "stadium" in the bathroom, because the contrast shower perfectly trains our vessels, which means that they will spasm less and will be impenetrable for viruses. A contrast shower with 2-3 times alternation of warm (about 40 ° C) and summer (about 30 ° C) water is ideal for beginners. It should take 3-4 minutes, each cold phase - up to 30 seconds.
