In short, adrenaline is practically not excreted by the kidneys. He swims in our blood for only 5 minutes, so you don't need to deduce the adrenaline itself, but change your attitude to problems. Then they won't be too stressful.
Stress
We need a stress response. If we don't release hormones for some kind of injury, danger, or surgery, we could die.
Sometimes stress happens too often. Then our body reacts incorrectly and gets sick.
Younger people usually deal with stress better. Have you heard how children quickly adapt to everything? This is it.
But if the body is sick and weak, then with age, each such episode of stress leaves a harmful trace. And gradually people begin to suffer from stress. Anxiety rolls over them, efficiency decreases, blood pressure rises, atherosclerosis flourishes and all that.
It turns out that if you want to cope with your adrenaline, then you need to have fewer chronic diseases, or at least control your diseases. Otherwise, they will take too much energy, and stress will accumulate.
Regular physical activity is also helpful. This is also stressful, but manageable. During physical activity, the body maintains its skill to deal with stress. Moreover, this stress can be stopped at any time. Well, that is, you trained, then you felt very tired and just took it, and stopped. The heart immediately calms down and the stress ends.
About water
We have already discussed the idea of water that is absorbed into the blood and then floats there. It doesn't matter what exactly you drink. Because clean water is absorbed. In half an hour, your compote turns into a liquid part of blood, and no one will figure out where today's compote is, and where is yesterday's juice.
There is also some kind of magic with teaspoons. If you want to pour water into the kidneys, then drink some noticeable amount of water. Otherwise, by the time you drink your third teaspoon of water, your first teaspoon will already evaporate with sweat.
