There is no scientific evidence that more fat is needed to absorb calcium. So it is this element that the fat content of the curd does not affect.
I still recommend using normal fat cottage cheese - 5-9% and try not to increase the calorie content due to a large amount of jam, honey, sour cream. You can add stevia or erythritol as sweeteners.
