Dinner should be tasty, but not too high in calories. We have prepared simple recipes for you. Each contains a seasonal fruit or vegetable. But the main thing is that it prepares very quickly.
Chicken fillet in spicy sauce
Ingredients for 4 servings
- Boneless and skinless chicken breasts - 4 pcs.
- Dried thyme - 1 tsp
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Ground black pepper - 0.8 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Peach - 600 g
- Corn starch - 1 tablespoon
- Sweet mustard - 0.5 tbsp
- Honey - 0.3 tbsp.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Preparation
Season the chicken fillet with thyme, salt and pepper. In a skillet, fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Slice the peaches. Mix the juice that has flowed from them (2 tablespoons) with cornstarch.
In another bowl, stir in mustard, honey, finely chopped garlic, and remaining peach juice. Pour this mixture into the pan where the meat is stewed, bring to a boil. Then reduce heat, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Get the meat out. Pour the cornstarch with juice into the sauce and boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put the meat back in the sauce, stir well. Serve with rice, garnish with peaches and herbs and sprinkle with a generous sauce.

Pork chops with apples and mushrooms
Ingredients for 4 servings
- Champignons - 100 g
- Apple - 1 large
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 1 large
- Salt, ground pepper - to taste
- Pork chops - 4 pcs.
- White wine - 300 ml
- Breadcrumbs - 40 g
- Cheddar cheese 100 g
- Fresh parsley - 3 tbsp l.
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200g. Wash apples and mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Place half the apples and mushrooms in a fairly large refractory container so that there is enough room for the pork chops.
In a well-heated frying pan in olive oil, simmer the chopped onion until translucent, put mushrooms and apples on top. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry the chops in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side, then put on the mushroom mass, pour in white wine.
Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Chop the remaining mushrooms and apple pieces very strongly, combine with breadcrumbs, grated cheese, parsley, chili, salt and pepper. Remove the dish from the oven, spread the apple and cheese paste over the chops, trying to cover them completely.
Bake for another 10 minutes. And serve.

Turkey skewers with sweet pepper
Ingredients for 4 servings
- Turkey fillet - 500 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Dried oregano - 1/3 tsp
- Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
- Green and yellow bell peppers - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 6 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - 70 ml
- Chopped basil - 2 tablespoons
- Mozzarella cheese balls - 8 pcs.
- Ground black pepper, salt - to taste
Preparation
Wash the turkey fillet, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into slices. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Mix half of the resulting mass with dried oregano, 2 tbsp. olive oil, stir in the turkey slices and let sit for 15 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and saute the turkey slices on all sides until golden brown. Place on preheated plates.
Wash the bell peppers, dry them, cut each pod in half, remove the core with the seeds. Cut the pulp into squares. Tomatoes - in slices.
For the sauce, combine the remaining garlic with mayonnaise and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
On wooden skewers, string alternately roasted turkey, pieces of bell pepper, mozzarella and tomatoes. Place on a plate. Serve the sauce separately.
