What you need for cooking:
Milk or cream 300 g
semolina 60 g
sugar 30 g
butter 10 g
walnuts 15 g
jam or honey 50 g
puff or unleavened pastry 50 g
eggs - 1 pc.
Preparation
Fill the kernels with hot water, let stand. Peel, grind with a crush and add a little water. Pour cream or milk into a flat dish and place in the oven. As soon as foam forms, remove it with a fork, continue heating, remove the second foam, etc. Do this until the required amount of foams is obtained (100 g).
Pour semolina into the remaining milk or cream, cook a viscous porridge, add nuts, butter, sugar and mix.
On the edges of the oiled dish, lay a border of puff or unleavened dough, in the middle - a layer of porridge, on it - a layer of foams, and again a layer of porridge.
