According to Valentina Khamaiko, this is a variant of the German plum cake. Only it has much less sugar and flour, so it comes out more tender and much less high in calories. Another difference from the German prototype is that the host adds cinnamon to the cake.

So, we cook German plum pie in Hamayk style

Plum cake dough

Flour 200 g

Baking powder for dough 5 g

Butter 50 g

Milk 125 ml

Sugar 80 g

Vanilla sugar 10 g

Eggs 2 pcs.

A pinch of salt

Cooking the plum pie

Beat butter with sugar and gradually add eggs. Everything should be at room temperature. It is important. Then gradually add milk and flour with baking powder in parts. But calmly, already without a mixer. Just in 3 approaches, gradually, kneading with a whisk.

Put the dough into a mold. Top - plums Vona prepares quite easily. We just rub all the ingredients with our hands to a crumb state. You can replace part of the flour (one third) in the dressing with ground walnuts or almond flour.

We bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
