A pediatrician will write a certificate for the kindergarten. The results of the analyzes are attached to it. Doctors by law do not need to be bypassed, but doctors advise to visit 5 specialists
On the eve of this fall, two happy events coincided in your life at once: your baby has already turned three years old, and he went to kindergarten in turn. This means it's time to start cooking. Buy clothes and shoes, accustom your child to the kindergarten regime and undergo a medical examination so that the doors of a preschool educational institution open in front of you. Not everyone knows that medical form 086 is no longer needed for kindergarten. A certificate from a pediatrician or family doctor is enough. However, a number of doctors still need to be bypassed - if not for the bureaucracy, then at least for your own peace of mind.

According to the clarification of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated April 25, 2018, there is no established certificate form for visiting kindergarten. It is prescribed in free form by the pediatrician or family doctor who is seeing the child. The certificate must contain the baby's full name, date of birth and place of residence, as well as basic information on the child's health and a doctor's opinion on whether he can attend kindergarten.
If the child has any chronic diseases, this can also be indicated in the certificate, but only (attention!) With the consent of one of their parents. If the parents do not want to indicate the diagnosis of the baby, the doctor may limit himself to medical recommendations. - for example, about limiting physical activity, if indicated for health reasons or disease child.
In addition to this certificate (which, by the way, can be obtained and brought to the kindergarten in advance), they will most likely require a certificate from you about the child's epidemiological environment. This is necessary to confirm that the baby on the eve of his first visit to the garden did not get sick himself and was not in contact with infectious patients. This document has a limited validity period of only three days. Therefore, you will have to go to the doctor for her just before September 1.
What tests do I need to take for the kindergarten?
Tests should be done no earlier than 10 days before the garden / istockphoto.com
In addition to the certificate, in kindergarten you will be required to carry out basic tests of the child. This is general blood analysis and urine, analysis of feces for egg-leaf and scraping for enterobiasis (pinworms). The referral for these tests is prescribed by a pediatrician or family doctor. But you can hand them over in any laboratory, be it public or private. However, please note that test results are only valid for 10 days from the date of delivery. Therefore, there is no need to rush in this matter.

As such, there is no medical board for enrolling a child in a kindergarten. In theory, an examination by one pediatrician is sufficient (since it is he who writes out the certificate and is responsible for it). However, he has the right, focusing on the condition of the child, to refer you for examination to a number of specialized specialists. You shouldn't get into a pose and refuse a medical examination, because it is necessary, first of all, for your child. Sometimes the pediatrician can "overlook" minor deviations in the baby's health, which will only worsen in the kindergarten.
The basic list of doctors that you need to go to before kindergarten is not that long. It includes only 5 specialists. You have visited all of them in one way or another since the birth of the baby. Another visit on the eve of major changes in the child's life certainly does not hurt, and sometimes it can even help in the diagnosis of some hidden diseases.
Otolaryngologist more accurately than a pediatrician, he will look at the ears and nasopharynx of the child. If there are any pathological changes (for example, overgrowth of adenoid tissue), the doctor can give important advice on strengthening local immunity or prescribe a course of preventive procedures.
Orthopedist checks the development of the musculoskeletal system: the spine for scoliosis, the legs and arms for deformities, the feet for flat feet. If the child has any deviations, the correction should be started as soon as possible, so do not refuse this consultation.
Neurologist is needed in order to assess the degree of psycho-emotional maturity of the child. Relatively speaking, he answers the question, is your kid ready for kindergarten psychologically. Also, this doctor monitors the development of children's motor skills, the work of the vestibular apparatus and coordination of movements.
Oculist check the baby's eyesight. This is very important before the kindergarten, because the children will have a lot of developmental activities (modeling, drawing, cutting, applique), which means that the load on the eyes will increase.
Dentist assess the general condition of the oral cavity, and, if necessary, heal the teeth. Often this is the child's first visit to the dentist, so prepare him for possible doctor's manipulations in advance.
In addition to these doctors, the child can also be prescribed a consultation with a speech therapist (as a rule, if the baby is already 3 years old and has obvious speech problems), a gastroenterologist, an allergist. But these specialists do not belong to the category of compulsory, the need to visit them is assessed by the family doctor together with the parents.

If everything is more or less loyal with the medical board, and in some cases the parents (by agreement with pediatrician) may refuse to visit specialized specialists, but with vaccinations, everything is much stricter. For the kindergarten, the child should have them. Here is the current medical vaccination schedule as reported by the Ministry of Health. Focusing on it, you will be able to understand what vaccinations you are missing, and you will have time to get them in the time remaining before kindergarten.

If your child does not have any vaccinations (some of the list, or absolutely all), there must be a medical justification for this. What is popularly called the honey breeder. Otherwise, the management of the kindergarten has every right to deny your child a visit (on the basis of Articles 12 and 15 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of the Population from Infectious Diseases").
