This is great, but only if the rest of the stars are about the same size. Otherwise, such a bias will not lead to good, and other parts (personal life, family, health, hobbies) will sooner or later begin to suffer.

If the difference in size between the largest star and the other two is not very noticeable, this means that there is no satisfaction from the work (or some important aspects of it). For example, you like the job, but don't like the schedule or pay. Also, the similarity of stars in size indicates a reluctance to move up the career ladder, which may not be the case. too bad, because the lack of desire to be the most important can mean that you are comfortable on your location. Yes, you are not ready now to grab the brightest star from the sky, but if your cozy place suits you and the already caught star shines with sufficient brightness at the moment - what's wrong with that?
My distant star
A strong difference in star size suggests that you are interested in career advancement. You are constantly looking for opportunities to make extra money and change the order of things. Perhaps you want to change jobs or achieve more in an already established work field. Either way, you're at a low start. And at this moment it would be good to ask myself the question: am I depriving myself of other joys in life, giving myself completely to work?
With a tail
When we add a tail to a star, it turns from a relatively static object into a completely unpredictable and, moreover, a rapidly moving comet. This image personifies the problems and difficulties that appear in the cloudless sky. Tails of small stars are usually painted by those who do not see big problems in their lives. Perhaps their life is really calm, or maybe they are not inclined to make an elephant out of a fly: they solve problems as they come, without inventing fires that do not exist.

There are many options here. First, you are head over heels in problems and deeds. The reason for this may be a difficult period in life, or maybe simply the inability to share responsibility with other people or, as they say, to delegate tasks. Maybe you pull everything on yourself and live with the thought "if not me, then who."

The second option: although in reality you do not have many problems, but absolute distrust of yourself and low self-esteem do not make it possible to realize that you can do them. "I am small (stupid, weak, poor), I can't do it." If such thoughts often occur to you, do not be lazy to meet your fears face to face and raise your self-esteem. There are many techniques for this. The simplest one is to tell yourself the truth and answer the question: "What am I afraid of?" Most often it turns out that all problems and fears are a soap bubble, and not a comet that incinerates everything to dust and smoke.
Always the best
The third most common variation is perfectionism. The desire to do everything thoroughly sometimes makes you solve the simplest problem in the most difficult way. There is only one advice here: prioritize and divide tasks into those that really require impeccable execution, and those that you can afford to relax while doing.
Small stars
If all three stars are small and barely noticeable, this suggests that the person who painted them is trying to be (seem) as small as possible and occupy the smallest place in space. Self-doubt and a desire to hide from others in this person are off the charts. “I don’t, I don’t have any desires, and I don’t have anything at all, and I don’t need them,” this is the message this drawing gives. The main recommendation in this case is only one: to believe that you have exactly the same right to life as all the people around you, and no one dares to take this right away. Also, we should not forget that everything that we have or do not have, we first allow or do not allow ourselves to want. Think about why you decide that you don't need something and that you don't belong somewhere, and also investigate what led you to these self-deprecating thoughts.
