1. You are already an optimist

Your home, comfortable furniture, loved one, electricity and hot water, friend, health, world peace, your smartphone, favorite shoes, hamster. A lot has accumulated. You can and should be grateful for all this. There are many people in the world who do not enjoy the same privileges as you do. You are a really special lucky person and you need to know about it.

Yes, there are a lot of memes about them. Here is one of them. One scientist in the United States has shown that regular exercise and getting rashes have a tremendous effect on optimism.

The fact is that when you are immersed in work, thinking about problems, politics, living in a nervous atmosphere, you are constantly tense. Sometimes the body reacts to such stress with nervous breakdowns and diseases. Either way, you look a little nervous and anxious.

With regular exercise (light exercise) and quality sleep, you can easily reduce these tensions. To achieve this state, you do not need to buy a gym membership. Start walking or cycling more, climbing stairs instead of using the elevator, or at least crouching 10 times after each Facebook check.

3. Take care of your relationship

First, take a close look at the people around you. Are there those among them who take away your energy? Are they bringing you down?

It is very dangerous to be in the circle of pessimists, grumblers and eternal dissatisfied. You don't have to part with them forever, but don't let them be the center of attention. As soon as you see that the conversation turns towards constant complaints (life is hard, the weather is bad, the boss is angry), stop them immediately. How to do it?

Sometimes you can say that you are in a hurry and it is time for you to go. You can pretend that you have a speck in your eye. You can simply turn the conversation around. It all depends on your imagination. Whatever you do, don't let the grumbler burden you with problems.

You probably also have a good relationship: friendship, love, or just people you like, even if you don't know them well. Take special care of such contacts. Make time for them as if it were a key moment in your life.

Remember that good, positive relationships with other people boost your self-esteem, confidence, and calmness. They ensure that even if something bad happens to you, you will not be left alone. This understanding will help you take risks, face difficulties, and sometimes just smile.

And finally, one more thing - you can learn to be an optimist. Indeed, the fact that you are still reading proves that you are on the right track.
