With the help of the e-Malyatko service, parents can obtain a child's birth certificate without leaving home. The service is already available and costs from 46 to 66 UAH
The child must be registered within a month after birth. And in order to obtain a birth certificate, you should contact the Civil Registry Office or the CNAP with a whole list of photocopies and documents. It was like that before. Now the child's first document is sent by mail, and all the parents need is to make a couple of finger movements on a laptop or smartphone. We made an application and voila - in a couple of days the courier with the document is already knocking on your door. With the help of the e-Malyatko service, which was launched on the basis of the Diya application last year, parents can solve most of the "children's" issues, literally without leaving home. The Ministry of Digital Transformation says the service replaces walking through 11 locations and saves 30 hours of time.
The e-Malyatko service was developed and launched by the Ministry of Digital Information in October last year. Since that time, more than 125 thousand Ukrainian families have already used the services of this platform. This is not surprising, because e-Malyatko significantly saves time and nerves that need to be spent on solving bureaucratic issues. With the help of this service, you can not only register the fact of the birth of a child, but also fix his place of residence, register for him
allowance, get TIN. In total, e-Malyatko provides 9 services for newborns with one application. The latest innovation of the service is the ability to receive a child's birth certificate by mail. If earlier it was necessary to personally appear at the Civil Registry Office or the Central Statistical Office with an extract from the hospital and passports of both parents, now, in order to obtain the first children's document, it is enough to form a corresponding application in the internet. The main thing for parents is to be registered on the e-Malyatko service and to enter information about the birth of a child into the database in a timely manner.
Delivery of documents is carried out through Ukrposhta, and the prices are quite reasonable. If you decide to pick up the document at the branch, it will cost only 46 UAH. Courier delivery right under the door will cost you 66 UAH. You don't need to pay for anything in advance: according to the rules of the e-Malyatko service, for the delivery service birth certificates parents are calculated already upon receipt of the document. The approximate delivery time is 2-3 working days from the date of registration of the certificate with the Civil Registry Office.
It is important that all the benefits of the service are now available to residents of the temporarily occupied territories of the country. Thus, it is possible to obtain a Ukrainian birth certificate even if the child was born in Crimea or on the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions not controlled by Ukraine. This service is available for children under 18 years old (if they do not have a Ukrainian document yet). To begin with, parents will have to establish the fact of the birth of a child through the Electronic Court (without paying a court fee), and then register on the e-Malyatko service
