I love perfume with a scent of purity and freshness. And somehow I really wanted an aroma with the smell of washing powder. It may seem strange, but I really really like this trend in perfumery.
What's the most popular laundry detergent fragrance? Blanche, of course, from the niche perfume house Byredo. I remember the first time I tested it and I immediately liked it. But my mind said that paying 15 thousand for 50 ml of eau de parfum is crazy, and my toad quickly supported him. They took me on a trip to Magnet Cosmetic and showed me to the shelf with Tide.
Then, from time to time, I tested many more powder scents, but nothing really sunk into my soul.
Last year I discovered the world of castings. On Instagram, this is called perfumery for drinking, and it is in buying there that I am a little skeptical. I prefer to get castings in trusted white perfumery stores.

Of course, I got the Byredo Blanche cast. I bought it with thoughts of spring. I was almost sure that he would not collect compliments, not everyone shares a love for powders. But how wrong I was!
Byredo blanche
The fragrance was released in 2009 and belongs to the floral aldehyde. And this very well conveys its essence. For me, this is really a flower powder, the smell of clean, washed clothes. White shirt. Resounding spring. Such fresh and crystal purity that the mood rises upward.
I see it on myself in summer (and this does not happen with every scent), and even in winter. In the spring, it sounds perfect.
Pyramid Byredo Blanche
Top notes: Aldehydes, Rose and Pink pepper;
Middle notes: Peony, Violet and African orange blossom;
Base notes: Musk, Woody notes and Sandalwood.
Aldehydes and white musk stand out very well. Not to be confused with such an animalic musk, which is responsible for the sexuality in the scent, and is not suitable for everyone. It's just a mild smell of cleanliness.
It's hard for me to pick out any specific floral notes, it's just some pleasant and not stuffy floral mix that sets off this crystal clarity.
The sillage of the scent is not bad, it certainly will not escape the attention of others. Resistance on me is excellent, for some reason I thought it would fade faster.
How others react
I expected questions about the powder from my entourage. For me personally, this is the most obvious association. However, not everyone identifies Byredo Blanche as a powder smell. My friend asked what the divine scent of flowers was on me. The husband said that he smells clean and well-groomed.
Suddenly, at Leroy Merlin, a beautiful girl asked me what the scent was. I stood there so tired, shabby, trying to choose exactly that shade of gray, which, as it turned out, is almost impossible to find... And immediately the mood lifted. And the wallpaper was immediately found, I would like to write to me, but alas. And in general, the topic of repair is a completely different story ...
