But the people did not rejoice for long.

And what if you are planning to drink, then you should do it exclusively within the walls of your apartment or house, since the smell of alcohol, which is sniffed out by law enforcement officials, can bring you to the police station and face a fine of up to 30,000 rubles or arrest up to 15 days.
It scared and upset people very much.
It all started with posting a post on a website in the Sverdlovsk Region, and the information spread throughout Russia.
People who are not used to checking information and believe everything that is written on the Internet began to distribute this article between their friends and acquaintances. Those, in turn, sent this misinformation to their loved ones. Further, the newsletter was picked up by other sites and social networks. This is called word of mouth.
The result is millions of misguided people who are discussing something that actually does not exist.
