I want to share with you my favorite spreads on bread. They can be used when serving breakfast sandwiches and even for a festive table. All you need is a small grocery list and a blender!

Beet hummus

  • medium beets - 2 pcs.;
  • canned chickpeas - 450 g;
  • feta cheese - ¼ st.;
  • garlic - 2 h.;
  • cayenne pepper - 1 chip.;
  • lemon zest - 2 tbsp l .;
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt - 1 chips.

How to cook:

Beets should be baked in the oven for an hour, sprinkled with olive oil. Then the vegetable needs to be peeled, kneaded with a blender, combined with all the other components, thoroughly walked with a blender again, and put into the refrigerator until it cools.

Garlic and curd spread

Structure:

  • low-fat cottage cheese - 250 g;
  • natural yogurt - 50 g;
  • garlic - 2-3 s.;
  • dill - half a bunch;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

How to cook:

Mix the grated cottage cheese with chopped herbs and yogurt, add pepper, salt and grated garlic to taste.

Egg pate

Structure:

  • sour cream (mayonnaise) - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • turmeric - ½ tsp l .;
  • soft cheese - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp l .;
  • grated onion - 2 tsp l .;
  • black pepper and salt.

How to cook:

Boil eggs, peel and mash with a fork. Mix them thoroughly with the rest of the ingredients, and refrigerate for an hour.

Chicken liver pate

Structure:

  • chicken liver - 0.5 kg;
  • butter - 250 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • medium carrots - 1 pc .;
  • dry wine - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • garlic - 1 s.;
  • salt - 1 tsp l .;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • water - 1 tbsp.;
  • suneli hops and cloves optional.

How to cook:

Fry the onion half rings in oil for 7 minutes, add the carrot slices and chopped liver. Add pepper and salt to taste, add water. After boiling, cover the food with a lid and simmer for about half an hour. Next, remove the lid and let the liquid evaporate. After cooling down, you can add wine, spices, butter. It remains to beat the ingredients with a blender, and you can serve the pate.

Fish pate

Structure:

  • tuna in oil - 400 g;
  • soft cheese - 100 g;
  • natural yogurt - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • grated zest from half a lemon;
  • pepper and salt to taste.

How to cook:

All components just need to be mixed using a blender. If you don't like lemon zest, you don't have to add it, the pate will still be very tasty!

Guacamole

Structure:

  • chili pepper - 1 pc.;
  • avocado - 3 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • lime - 1 pc.;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 1 s.;
  • cilantro - 1 p.;
  • salt.

How to cook:

Chop herbs, chili, onion and tomatoes, add salt and grated garlic. Also add the avocado pulp, mashed with a fork, drizzled with lime juice to avoid browning. Mix all components and serve.

Eggplant paste

Structure:

  • eggplant - 3 pcs.;
  • garlic - 2 teeth.;
  • walnuts - 40 g;
  • water - 20 ml;
  • spices and salt.

How to cook:

Eggplants need to be washed, and then baked at 180 degrees in the oven for half an hour. Place the finished vegetables in a bag for 5 minutes, and then peel them off, combine with the rest of the products and beat with a blender.

Olive pasta

Structure:

  • pitted olives - 1 p.;
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • black pepper.

How to cook:

As in the previous recipes, all the ingredients must be placed in a blender bowl and beat well.

Bean pate

Structure:

  • dry beans - 1 tbsp.;
  • onions - 3 pcs.;
  • garlic - 3 h.;
  • salt - ½ tsp l .;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • black pepper - a little.

How to cook:

Soak the beans for 8 hours, then cover with clean water and cook until tender. Drain the bean broth, leaving half a glass separate. Fry chopped onions in oil, combine with beans, grated garlic and the rest of the ingredients and turn everything into a puree.

Carrot paste

Structure:

  • carrots - 250 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • turmeric - 1 tsp l .;
  • garlic - 2 h.;
  • water - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • lemon juice - ½ tsp l .;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

How to cook:

Fry grated garlic and chopped onion in oil, add spices. Add grated carrots and simmer until soft. Let the roast cool, add the rest of the ingredients, and whisk everything with a blender. The pasta is served chilled.

Chocolate paste

Structure:

  • milk - 200 ml;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.;
  • hazelnuts - 40 g;
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. l.

How to cook:

Combine cocoa, flour and sugar in a saucepan. Add milk a little at a time, stirring the ingredients constantly. Place mixture on fire and boil, add chopped hazelnuts and butter. When the mixture boils again, simmer for 3 minutes until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour the finished paste into a jar and let it cool.

Peanut paste

Structure:

  • peanuts - 300 g;
  • honey - 1 tsp l .;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt - a pinch.

How to cook:

Peanuts need to be fried, peeled and crushed into crumbs in a blender. Then add the rest of the ingredients, and beat everything well again to get a homogeneous mass. Done!
