Mother of 8-year-old girl blogger faces up to 3 years

Ukraine continues to discuss the "photo novel" of 8-year-old Milana Makhanets and 13-year-old Pasha Pai. In the photographs, children kiss, hug, lie in an embrace on the bed. Children's Ombudsman Nikolai Kuleba appealed to the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Cyberpolice in order to bring the parents of the young "actors" to justice.

The police have already opened criminal proceedings on this matter. The parents were summoned for questioning. This, as reported by "Ukrainian News", said the press service of the police of the Kiev region. The case was opened under part 1 of Article 301 of the Criminal Code: the import into Ukraine of works, images or other items of a pornographic nature for the purpose of sale or distribution or their manufacture, storage, transportation or other movement for the same purpose, or their sale or distribution, as well as coercion to participate in them creation. For this, criminal liability is provided in the form of a fine from 850 to 1700 hryvnias or arrest for up to six months, or restriction of freedom for up to three years.

On the Internet, they call on the general to deprive parents of parental rights. By the way, Milana Makhanets' parents have been divorced for a long time. The father allegedly did not know about what photo shoots his wife was arranging for their common daughter. Pasha Pai's parents do not comment on the situation in any way. Meanwhile, Milana's mother Daria Makhanets says that there is nothing reprehensible in such photographs and nothing illegal has been committed.

So far, the girl has published a post on her Instagram in which she refutes the fact that she lives with Pasha Pai.
