Where did 10 thousand steps a day come from? According to scientists, our ancestors walked about this much a day on average.

Almost everyone after a certain age back pain occurs. It turns out that one of the reasons is the comfortable chairs with backs. When a person sits on a bench or stool, he strains his back, exercising his muscles. And if there is no such need, then these muscles will gradually atrophy.
