It is possible and necessary to rejuvenate the skin with folk remedies at any time of the year. But it is in the spring that one so desires freshness and tenderness not only in nature, but also on the face. Of course, homemade masks do not have such a wow effect that immediately after application, they sweep all tonal products off the table. But they have their own charm - they are affordable, most often inexpensive and certainly will not damage your skin, as store products from the mass market can do.
What homemade masks does your skin need in spring?
The main thing that the delicate skin of the face needs after winter is enhanced nutrition and saturation. vitamins. During the winter, the face is exposed to temperature changes many times (when we go into the warmth from the street), due to which the skin becomes more sensitive, often loses its firmness and elasticity. Frosty weather and cold wind dry out the face, as a result, the skin regularly loses moisture, and by the end of winter it becomes dehydrated.
Affects the skin faces and winter vitamin deficiencies. In the "one tangerine per week" regime, the body finances the appearance on a leftover basis. Therefore, moisturizing and nourishing masks should be pampered not only dry, but also combination and oily skin. However, for each skin type, the mask, of course, will have its own /

Oily and combination skin should not only be nourished, but also matted. Yeast mixed with sour cream perfectly removes the greasy shine. For one mask, it is enough to mix a teaspoon of each ingredient, but you need to adhere to important rules. For a mask, it is better to take baker's yeast (in briquettes), a dry product will not work here. Sour cream should be at room temperature. After mixing, the mask should be placed in a warm place for about half an hour, and only then can it be used as directed. On the face, yeast masks are kept for 20-30 minutes.

How to properly apply homemade face masks:
First step
Cleansing the skin before the mask. At least for a while, give up store (most often alcohol-containing) lotions and replace them with infusions herbs. This does not require much effort: it is enough to pour a tablespoon of herb with a glass of boiling water overnight, and in the morning the infusion can be used to wipe the skin. Choose the herb based on the effect you want to achieve. For example, chamomile soothes and relieves inflammation, nettle moisturizes and increases the elasticity of the dermis, birch buds remove oily shine and relieve puffiness, and parsley removes pigmentation and seasonal freckles.
Second phase
Preparation of the mask. Masks made from natural ingredients should be mixed in a glass or ceramic container using a wooden or glass spoon. Sushi sticks are also fine. If possible, do not use metal utensils. It is not advisable to store homemade masks - for the best effect, apply them immediately after preparation.

Stage Three
Removing the mask. Homemade masks are washed off with warm water without using soap or other means for washing. To achieve the best result, change the recipes depending on your goal: today moisturize your skin, tomorrow "feed" with vitamins.
