Khachapuri with chicken and mushrooms is perfect for both a hearty lunch and a snack for all family members.
Khachapuri refers to Georgian cuisine. An envelope made from dough can be stuffed with any filling of your choice, for example, cheese or meat.
In our case, chicken fillet (soft and dietary) will be used as a filling, and we will add spicy flavors to the dish with the help of mushrooms.Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 300 g,

- Mushrooms 200 g,
- Cheese 600 g,
- Butter,
- Egg 4 pcs.,

- Milk 200 g,
- Dry yeast 5 g,
- Sugar 1 tsp the spoon,
- Flour 320 g,
- Butter 90 g,
- Salt to taste.

Cooking method:
1. Combine yeast, sugar, salt, butter and half of the flour in warm milk. We leave for 7-10 minutes.
2. Add the remaining flour, cover with a towel and leave for 2 hours.
3. Prepare the filling: cut the meat into cubes, rinse the mushrooms and cut into slices. Fry the onion cut into half rings in a pan with butter.
Add meat, mushrooms and salt.
4. Pass the cheese through a coarse grater.
5. We combine the filling.6. Knead the dough, leave for another 30 minutes.
7. Roll out squares from the dough and fill each with filling, cover with the top cake, form an envelope.
8. Beat the egg, grease the khachapuri with an egg and put it in the oven for 30 minutes (at a temperature of 160 degrees).
