There are scents that I often see on others. They are so popular that for many it is a disadvantage, because they want individuality. For me, for example, this is not a minus, if I really like the perfume, I will take it anyway. I always focus on my preferences. But at the same time, I like to find something original. Today I will tell you about such a fragrance, in addition to its interesting sound, it has a pleasant price, which can be called not overpriced.
Originality is also different. In the modern perfumery world, you can find very extraordinary scents, for example, the rather natural smell of a fire, concrete or a damp basement. Everyone's tastes, of course, are different, but I prefer more understandable aromas that do not pretend to be shocking.
Calvin Klein OBSESSED for Women - a little background
Perfume houses love to release new fragrances for a reason, but with a beautiful story or premise. So, in 1993, Calvin Klein released the Obsession fragrance, in which the young model Kate Moss starred. If you remember, the nineties was the time of supermodels, then they were real stars. There was a real cult of models, Kate was then only 18, young, beautiful, fresh and... completely naked. Now it is difficult to surprise us with something, but then it was very bold and provocative.
For advertising, the model with a photographer went to a secluded island, they filmed, according to media reports, for about 10 days. Advertising is always allocated not just a large, but a huge budget, a separate headquarters of employees is working on it, everything is serious.
And so, in 2017, the new creative director decided to play a little on nostalgia - they released a pair of Obsessed fragrances, and they took those old pictures of Kate for advertising.

The laconic absolutely transparent bottle hit my heart. I have a weakness for beautiful bottles, which is why sometimes I do not take the cast (which is so beneficial), but the full version. A bottle is a part of the history, brand, idea of the perfume house.
The fragrance starts very confidently, or even self-confidently and loudly - the astringency of fougere notes is felt, something very unisex. It may even sound rude. However, after the first minutes, the aroma begins to unfold and becomes softer. However, the character remains.
Top notes: citrus, neroli essence, elemi
Middle notes: violet leaf absolute, white lavender, sage
Base notes: musk, ambrette, muscenone
I do not feel citruses at all, neither at the start, nor later. I recognize lavender well, here it is very fragrant, giving both a floral and a herbal motif.
If I close my eyes, I see the following picture: mountains, fresh and some special air inherent in them, an icy mountain stream, swift, like our life, an armful of lavender. Unaccustomed, after the city vacuum, one can feel dizzy, the air is so clean and fresh here.
I associate such scents with a white shirt - perfectly clean and even starched. Not a tight-fitting figure, but a loose, perhaps even a man's shirt on a woman's body. I love wearing this fragrance with jeans, you don't have to dress up separately for it.
Despite its crispness, it has character, as I wrote above. Maybe even selfishness. My favorite thing is to apply it to the back and wrists, so it stays beautiful without being annoying. I really love perfumery, but at the same time I often get tired of it, I don’t know if there are people like me) Try to apply a fragrance that you like, but a little tired, on the back of your neck.
