The fact is that she had medical documents confirming that she had had chickenpox at the age of five. In addition, in the hospital where the doctor worked, the employees were tested for the level of antibodies to herpes zoster. So it was impossible to make a mistake.
And this is a rare case when a sane young man knows exactly what he was sick with and already has test results.
It has met before. They say that if you ask how you should, then almost every fifth adult with chickenpox swears that in childhood he already had chickenpox once. Something is wrong with immunity.
So it turns out that people with herpes zoster do not need to rummage around public places with their blisters. Swimming pools and saunas are out of the question. The virus in such sufferers can fly out not only from bubbles, but also from snot.
