Store milk on the door refrigerator - almost a tradition that most families use this product. The logic is clear: the door has convenient compartments that are just suitable for vertical storage of bottles.
Nevertheless, it is wrong to store milk there. All due to the fact that this product quickly deteriorates and requires a certain temperature storage. But the door is always slightly warmer than the other compartments of the refrigerator.
And if in your family they often open the door and like to stand and think about what to take, then the milk is too often exposed to temperature changes. For such a finicky product, this is harmful.
Ideally, milk should be at the back of the refrigerator. But only on condition that the temperature in it does not turn all the products at the back wall into ice.And if the milk is still sour - this is a great way to check its quality with a particular brand. Over time, good milk turns into yogurt, low-quality milk turns into a slurry with a nasty smell.
