This winter, many of us are trying to improve our immunity: we take vitamins and more closely monitor our health.

And how do Ukrainian celebrities protect their immunity? We learned about the secrets of caring about the immunity of all family members from the actress of the show "Mamahootala" on the NLO TV channel Irina Khomenko.
My secrets of maintaining immunity are very simple. Every morning I start with a vacuum (exercise to strengthen the abdominal muscles). This keeps the intestines toned and puts all the organs in place.
Then I drink a glass of warm water and take a contrast shower. And I never miss breakfast! All family members have breakfast with porridge with dried fruits (except for the youngest daughter). And during the day we drink a lot of teas. These are teas with frozen raspberries, currants and gooseberries. We just dilute it with hot water and make a kind of fruit drink. This is a huge amount of vitamin C and a healthy body!

It is also imperative to consume walnuts during this period. These are healthy fats that are essential for brain function. But we get Omega-3 from red fish - it contains a lot of healthy fats that are necessary for our skin.
